Personal Training

By Harry | May 12, 2009

Your personal trainer won’t tell you… “I’m a specialist – in marketing myself as a health expert.”

Personal training is more popular than ever. Today an estimated 91% of health clubs offers it. But these so-called specialist are not always properly trained, you’ll find certification requirements as minimal as a $200 fee and passing a crash course class. There is a real demand for trainers who offer expertise.

Why HM Sports Performance as your Personal Trainer?

Our program will focus on muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, sports performance, correcting imbalances, exercise techniques, and flexibility. Our program is not comparable to a general gym setting. You will get a more interpersonal contact with an athlete who will provide proper technical instruction, in addition motivation and support so you can maintain or create a healthy exercise program.

Boot Camp 01/31/09

By Harry | February 1, 2009

As we continue our HM Sportsperformance Boot Camp every saturday morning,I have received a lot of questions in regards to the content of our camp.Besides strength, power, speed, agility we do focus a lot on cardio health.I think that most people underestimate the importants of cardio health, many go to the gym 3,4, 5 times a week, yet,.their cardio health is weak.Cardio training is a big part of HM Sportsperformance Boot Camp.

In order for an exercise to be considered “cardiovascular” or “aerobic,” it needs to elevate your heart rate to 60 to 85 percent of its maximum rate (the fastest it could possibly beat). When you’re in the aerobic zone, you should be able to talk, but not able to carry on a long conversation.

Cardiovascular (or cardio) exercise has numerous health benefits. In addition to burning calories and lowering your body fat, it will strengthen your heart and lungs. Since heart disease is the leading cause of premature death for both men and women, cardiovascular fitness is a very important.

More Oxygen, More Energy, More Performance

By Harry | January 14, 2009

All of us are fighting for a life with sustained power, fitness, and well being. However, more and more of us are becoming preoccupied and overwhelmed with every day activities and have lost contact with what’s important, our nutrition. Working and being away from home, we grab what’s quick, convenient, and inexpensive without realizing all the processed foods our bodies are consuming. Food processing, freezing, drying, cooking and reheating of food lowers nutritional value of foods and often processed foods have a higher ratio of calories. Scientific studies have discovered that even foods that are considered healthy, such as vegetables and fruits, do not contain sufficient minerals and vitamins to maintain fitness and power.

Nutrient deficiencies are a major common problem that causes fatigue, digestive trouble, lack of energy and motivation, aching muscles, and poor regeneration. I and various clients of mine are taking The FitLine product and have noticed an increase in energy for sport, work and day to day stress, feeling less burned-out and weak. FitLine features a unique cell energy concept which provides the body with exactly the vital elements that contribute to our well-being.

HM Sports Performance offers the ALL-DAY-PACK from Europe’s FitLine products. So, do something good for yourself by supplementing your usual diet with a Power Cocktail in the morning (FitLine Activize Oxyplus and Basic Plus) and at night with FitLine Restorate.
