<p style="text-align: left;"><em>common mistakes</em>: poor posture, bad form, and no increase in metabolism.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Kick Boxing</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><em>pros:</em> good cardio, fast twitch and slow twitch, total body workout, burns calories, fun, and builds confidence.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><em>common mistakes</em>: throw out back, pull groin, no balance, not activating core, pore stretching, poor warm-up, and poor foot work.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Yoga/Pilates</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><em>pros</em>: slow twitch, flexibility, core work, breathing, stress relief/meditative, and balance.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><em>common mistakes</em>: wrong positions, pushing too much, muscle strain, and pull tendons.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Dance</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><em>pros:</em> good cardio, fun/exciting, agility coordination, endurance, fast twitch, and confidence.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><em>common mistakes:</em> ankle hip knee injury, poor alignment, and not engaging core.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Personal Training</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><em>pros:</em> variety of workouts, motivation, personal attention, and controlled environment.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><em>common mistakes:</em> strengthening of wrong muscle groups, not properly assessed imbalance or poor injuries, and not taking the time to build foundation.</p>
